Hi, I’m Emma. If we’ve met before, it was probably somewhere around Cap Cana. And if we haven’t, consider this our introduction. I’ve spent quite a bit of my life traveling, always curious about how people live elsewhere. On my latest visit I started thinking of Cap Cana not as a vacation spot but as a possible home.
1. Everything I need is closer than I expected: restaurants, cafés, wellness spaces, shops and sports facilities all within the community.
2. I don’t have to choose between nature and sophistication: beaches, cliffs and tropical vegetation alongside world-class hospitality, dining, golf and wellness.
3. A family can actually grow here: Heritage School has operated since 2007, and children get outdoor space, sports and nature with security, healthcare and emergency services close by.
4. I’m watching a city grow with intention: Cap Cana was planned before it was built, with roads, infrastructure, residential and commercial areas that keep evolving in a coordinated way.
5. My everyday life could feel a little extraordinary: what is usually saved for vacations, like golf, a great restaurant or the spa, can be part of an ordinary week here.
