The organization that cares for Cap Cana, on behalf of its owners.
APROCAP is the homeowners association responsible for the administration and operational management of Cap Cana — funded by, and accountable to, the property owners it serves.
The Asociación de Propietarios de Cap Cana (APROCAP) administers and collects the destination-wide HOA fees that fund the shared services every owner depends on — independent from condominium fees and utilities.
We act as the operational bridge between owners and the destination: overseeing security, landscaping, maintenance, and infrastructure, and keeping owners informed in their own language.
To protect, maintain, and enhance the quality of life within Cap Cana.
A community that is secure, beautifully kept, and effortless to belong to.
Five pillars
Decisions made for the people who live here, not for visitors.
Helpful, responsive, and easy to reach when owners need us.
Clear about what we do, what it costs, and why.
Caring for shared spaces and infrastructure for the long term.
Everything we do protects the experience of living in Cap Cana.
The APROCAP board
APROCAP is governed by a board elected from and accountable to the ownership community. The board sets priorities, approves the budget, and oversees the services delivered on owners’ behalf.
